Non-Subscription Orders
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pack and ship your order. During sale periods like Black Friday or Christmas, your order may take longer to be sent out than usual due to the large volume we receive. During sale periods selecting express shipping does not mean your order will be packed faster

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. If you're ordering internationally, please keep this in mind when estimating delivery times.

Express Post: 1-5 business days once shipped

Standard Post: 2-7 business days once shipped

Subscription Box Shipping

We begin shipping subscription boxes in the last week of each month. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your box has shipped. For Example: If you subscribe on July 15, you’ll receive the August box, which ships in the last week of July.

Cut-Off Dates

The cut-off to receive the upcoming month’s box is the last day of the current month you are in. For example: The last chance to get the August box is July 31st. Orders placed after July 31st will be processed for the September box instead.

We make every effort to communicate this - it’s outlined in the product descriptions, confirmation emails, welcome subscription email, and shared regularly on our socials. This helps us efficiently prepare and ship over 4,000 subscription boxes each month to our community. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Cancel Order

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel any orders once they’ve been placed. This allows our team to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming it.

Lost/Damaged Parcels in Transit

We take great care when packaging your items, but please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during transit.

It’s important that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout - while we’ll do our best to help if issues arise, we cannot be held liable for incorrect address details provided when placing your order.
 

International Shipping

For international orders please be aware that customs fees, tariffs, or other government charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are set by your local authorities, not by us. We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees incurred.

Some countries may experience extended customs clearance times, sometimes exceeding two weeks. These delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund. If your order is delayed in customs, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the relevant authorities to resolve the issue.
