Non-Subscription Purchases
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact our team at info@nineteenthavenue.com.au with your order details.
Refunds
Refunds are available within the 14-day return window. Please note that the return shipping cost is non-refundable.
We will provide you with a returns label please note a flat fee of $11 (Australian orders) will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost charged by Australia Post.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 1-4 business days to process your return. Once completed you will receive email confirmation.
If your order is delivered to your local post office and is not collected within Australia Post's holding period, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Once we receive the parcel back, you may choose one of the following options:
Re-delivery — We will re-send your order free of charge.
Refund — We can refund your order, minus the return shipping fee charged to us by the postal carrier:
- $11 for Australian orders
- $15.00 for international orders
These fees cover the cost charged to us when parcels are not collected and returned to sender.
If you need assistance collecting your parcel or would like to update your delivery instructions, please contact our team at info@nineteenthavenue.com.au.
Items marked as Sale or Clearance are eligible for refund only if the product is faulty.
For change-of-mind returns, sale and clearance items may be returned for store credit or exchanged for another piece of equal or lesser value, within the standard 14-day return window.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend it. Our warehouse begins preparing orders for dispatch immediately, which allows us to deliver to you as quickly as possible.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.
If you have made an error or have any concerns about your order, please contact our team at info@nineteenthavenue.com.au as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, we will always do our best to assist.
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be refunded. This protects both our warehouse team and other customers.
We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

The Lingerie Subscription Club
The Lingerie Subscription Club is a surprise subscription. By joining, you receive a new lingerie set each delivery cycle. For this reason, change-of-mind returns are not accepted on subscription deliveries.
Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit is essential. Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the set is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To request an exchange, please contact our team at info@nineteenthavenue.com.au with your order number.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your set arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it. Please email our team within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
Gift memberships are non-recurring. When you purchase a gift membership, you select the duration upfront and make a single payment at checkout. The recipient will then receive a new lingerie set each month for the duration you have chosen, with no further charges to your account.
Final Sale
All gift membership orders are final. We are unable to cancel or refund gift memberships once they have been placed, as our team begins preparing the first delivery promptly after purchase.
We understand circumstances can change. While cancellations are not possible, we are happy to assist with:
- Updating the recipient's size or shipping address at any time during the gift membership.
- Pausing or rescheduling an upcoming delivery
- Exchanges

You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no lock-ins or contracts. To cancel, log in to your account and select Manage Subscription, or contact our team at info@nineteenthavenue.com.au.
Please note that cancellations must be made before your billing date. All subscription orders are final once placed. If you cancel after you have been billed for the upcoming cycle, that month's release will still be sent as your final delivery.
Gift Memberships
Gift membership orders are also final and cannot be cancelled once placed, as our team begins preparing the first delivery promptly after purchase. We are, however, happy to assist with updating the recipient's size or shipping address, pausing an upcoming release or organising an exchange. To arrange any of these, please contact our team at info@nineteenthavenue.com.au.
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in sellable condition, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. If you are returning a Lingerie Subscription Club order, any gifts, keepsake pouches, or complimentary items included with the delivery must also be returned.
Once your return is approved, please send your items back using the Australia Post returns label provided, within 7 days of receiving the label.
Manufacturing Faults:
We take great care to ensure every piece meets our standards before it reaches you. If your order arrives with a fault or defect, please contact our team at info@nineteenthavenue.com.au within 14 business days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include a brief description of the fault along with clear photographs showing the defect.
Refunds and Return Process:
Once your returned items reach our warehouse, please allow 1–5 business days for us to inspect and process the return. We will then initiate your refund. Please note that the return shipping cost ($11.00) is non-refundable.
After a refund has been issued, it may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. For specific processing times, please contact your bank directly.
