Non-Subscription Orders

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pack and ship your order. During peak sale periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, dispatch may take longer than usual due to high order volume. Please note that during these periods, selecting express shipping speeds up transit time, not packing time — your order still enters our dispatch queue in the order it was received.

Estimated shipping times

All orders ship from Sydney, Australia. International customers please factor this in when estimating delivery.

Express Post: 1–4 business days once shipped
Standard Post: 2–7 business days once shipped

For pre-orders, please refer to the individual product page for the estimated dispatch date.


The Lingerie Subscription Club Shipping

We begin shipping subscription releases in the last week of each month. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

For example: if you subscribe on July 15, you'll receive the August release, which ships in the last week of July.

Cut-off dates

The cut-off to receive the upcoming release is the last day of the current month. For example, the last day to secure the August release is July 31. Orders placed after July 31 will be processed for the September release instead.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend it. Our team begins preparing orders for dispatch promptly, which allows us to deliver to you as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels in Transit

We take great care packaging every order. However, once a parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the shipping carrier, and we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Orders within Australia are shipped with Australia Post. Once your order is in transit, any delays, delivery enquiries, or redirection requests must be directed to Australia Post using your tracking number. As the sender, we are unable to redirect or amend a parcel once it has been shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. While we will always do our best to help if an issue arises, we cannot be held liable for incorrect address details provided at the time of ordering.


Uncollected Parcels

If your order is delivered to your local post office and is not collected within Australia Post's holding period, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

Once we receive it back, you may choose one of the following:

Re-delivery — We will re-send your order free of charge.

Refund — We will refund your order, minus the return shipping fee charged to us by the carrier: $11.00 for Australian orders, or $15.00 for international orders.

International Shipping

All orders ship from Sydney, Australia. For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, tariffs, or other government charges may apply on arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local authorities, not by Nineteenth Avenue, and we cannot be held responsible for any customs fees incurred.

Some countries may experience extended customs clearance times, occasionally exceeding two weeks. These delays are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund. If your order is held in customs, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the relevant authorities to resolve the matter.
