When will my subscription box ship?


Your subscription box will be shipped at the END of each month. We aim for them to be delivered to you on the during the first week of the following month. We start shipping subscription boxes in the last week of the month (shipping week).

For example: You order a subscription box on the 18th of March. You will receive the April Box. This will be shipped to you in the last week of February, in time for the start of March.
 
When is the cut-off date?

The cut-off date for subscription orders is the last day of the month. Any subscriptions placed after this date will be processed for the following month's shipment. Our aim is to have all subscriptions delivered during the first week of the new month.
 

Where is Nineteenth Avenue based?

We are based in & ship from from Australia. We offer worldwide shipping.

We offer our subscription boxes at a discounted price, it's a fun way to treat yourself every month with surprise lingerie! Once subscription boxes have been sent out we list the set for sale to non-subscription buyers are its retail price. 
  

MEMBERSHIP / SUBSCRIPTION QUESTIONS 


What’s the difference between memberships/subscriptions?

  • One-Off Membership: A single, one-time subscription box.
  • Bi-Monthly Membership: Delivered every two months
  • Monthly Membership: Delivered every month 
  • Quarterly Membership: delivered every three months, for a more spaced-out experience.

The difference is the delivery frequency not the lingerie set. 

Gifted boxes are not recurring subscriptions. When you purchase a gifted  membership, you select the duration and make a one-time payment. The recipient will receive a new lingerie set every month until the duration you've chosen is completed. 

Please note that all gifted box orders are final, so please choose carefully. While we're happy to accommodate adjustments to sizes, shipping addresses, or pause your next box, we regret that we cannot cancel the order once it's been placed. Our team begins working and preparing your boxes promptly upon order placement, which is why cancellation becomes challenging. 
  

Which set will I receive in my subscription box?

Each month, you'll receive a complete surprise lingerie set along with self-care goodies and reflection cards. With each new month comes a unique theme and focus, and our gifts will correspond to the colour of the set or the theme itself.

The images showcased in the product description are lingerie sets from past subscription months. These sets are available for individual purchase as one-offs (while stocks last).
 

Do I need a subscription to purchase one-off items?

No, you do not need a subscription to purchase from our collection. 


When will I be billed?

Your billing date depends on the frequency you've chosen. It will be the same date every month or quarter, as per your subscription plan.

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?


Yes, absolutely! If you need to skip a month or pause your subscription, please make sure to contact us at least one day before your billing date. We'll be more than happy to assist you with any changes to your subscription schedule.

Thank you for your interest in our products! Our collections are limited release. On rare (very rare) occasions when we have the capacity we will restock popular items.

To process your return, please use our dedicated returns portal on our website.  

Unfortunately, we cannot process return requests through Instagram DMs or social media messages due to the volume of subscriptions and orders. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
