Shipping Policy

Non-Subscription Orders
 
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and fulfil your order before it is shipped. 
 
We do ask that you acknowledge the 1–2 day processing time when planning to order, so please take this into account when placing an order as a gift or for time-sensitive deliveries. Even when placing an order with the express delivery option, we still require 1-2 business days to process your order.
   
If you order something on pre-order please see the product description page for the estimated date of shipment. 
  
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders once they've been placed. This policy is in place to ensure efficient processing and delivery of your items. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming it. Subscription Box Shipping- PLEASE READ!
  
Your subscription box will be shipped at the END of each month. We aim for them to be delivered to you on the during the first week of the following month.
 
For example: You order a subscription box on the 18th of March. You will receive the April Box. This will be shipped to you at the end of February, in time for the start of March. 
 
This is explained in the product description, FAQ page and on our socials. Once your subscription order is placed we start preparing your box, due to this we cannot accept cancelation.
 
We aim for all of our boxes to be with our members during the first week of the new month. 
         
Cut-off Date and Delivery
 
The cut-off date for subscription orders is the last day of the month. Any subscription placed after this date will be processed for the following month's shipment. Our aim is to have all subscriptions delivered during the first week of the new month.

Lost/Damaged Parcels in Transit
 
We take great care in packaging your items, but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. It's essential that you provide the correct shipping address. We will do our best to help you however we are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
 
International Shipping
 
For our international orders/subscriptions, please note that customs fees may apply upon the package's arrival at your destination. We cannot be held responsible for any customs fees incurred.
 
Customs Clearance and Shipping Delays
 
Some countries may experience longer customs clearance times, which can exceed two weeks. We want to emphasise that such delays do not qualify for a refund. In case of order delays in customs, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the relevant authorities for resolution.
